All deposits are protected within the rules of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme and the Deposit Protection Service.
Deposits are equal to a month and a half of the rental income.
Proof of income required (must be at least 2.5 x monthly rental).
We use a comprehensive ARLA certified Tenancy Agreement.
Full & comprehensive Inventory and Schedule of Condition including photographic evidence is provided at the start of each tenancy for the protection of Tenants and Landlord alike.

The Deposit & Fees
If you decide to apply for a tenancy, we will ask you to make a payment of £125 (VAT inclusive) for each adult, for whom we need to take references. This payment will enable us to pay for taking up references, a credit search and will also cover our Tenancy Arrangement fee. We will also ask for a deposit equal to at least one and a half months rent (for example; if the rent is £600 the deposit would be £900)
